We hope you love our place as much as we do. As with all places, we have a few terms and conditions to protect both you and us and to ensure your stay is safe and enjoyable.
In particular:
- Our maximum occupancy is 6 people (3 beds)
- No pets please, and no smoking in the house
- Our insurance won’t allow us to have tents or campervans on the property
- Please feel free to use the Internet and wireless, but for lawful purposes only. (please see Flip Broadband’s terms of usage [Section 7] here for more details)
- Let us know if anything is broken, or doesn’t work properly
- if you move any furniture please return it to where you found it after you’ve finished, and that any indoor furniture is not moved or left outdoors
